Economic Resources Corporation
Serving Los Angeles Since 1968
Economic Resources Corporation (ERC) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization incorporated business that serves the public interest. While our mission guides our agenda to provide a public benefit to underserved communities, our operations are governed by sound business management principles and values. Our corporate culture is based on a sense of community, consistent goals, effective collaboration, and organization commitment.
ERC facilitates real estate development to attract manufacturing and commercial investment to underserved communities. We view such communities as viable markets with competitive advantages that can support market-driven development. As a nonprofit entrepreneur, our business ventures emerge directly from our mission, the programs we have already perfected, and the assets we have developed in the process. In that context, we employ strategies to create jobs and build healthy communities.
ERC is managed by its Board of Directors who set policy and direction. Board members are prominent leaders of the business and professional community of Los Angeles. Collectively they offer many years of expertise and ensure that ERC meets the needs of the communities it serves.
